Controller and data

GIAN (Global Impact AI Navigator), available at globalnavigator.app (marketing) and dashboard.globalnavigator.app (app). Data: email and password via Amazon Cognito, declared country, language, profile, project contents (idea, diagnostic, letters), organisation memberships, consents (terms, GDPR, digest), payment traces (PawaPay deposit id, not your wallet secret).

Purposes

Deliver the service (diagnostic, search, writing, org workspaces), bill the subscription, send the digest if you opted in, comply with the law (invoices, security), improve the product from technical logs — not sell your idea to a fund.

Processors

Amazon Web Services (hosting, Cognito, SES email, artifact storage). PawaPay (Mobile Money collection). No resale of project files.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, a digest opt-out, consent withdrawal, or erasure of your account and the projects, saved items and applications tied to it. For any request, email office@globalnavigator.app (partnerships & support): these requests are handled manually until a self-service flow is available in settings.

Retention: the account while it stays active; payment data for as long as accounting record-keeping obligations require; projects according to your use, with a reminder sent after prolonged inactivity before any deletion.
