Controller and data
GIAN (Global Impact AI Navigator), available at globalnavigator.app (marketing) and dashboard.globalnavigator.app (app). Data: email and password via Amazon Cognito, declared country, language, profile, project contents (idea, diagnostic, letters), organisation memberships, consents (terms, GDPR, digest), payment traces (PawaPay deposit id, not your wallet secret).
Purposes
Deliver the service (diagnostic, search, writing, org workspaces), bill the subscription, send the digest if you opted in, comply with the law (invoices, security), improve the product from technical logs — not sell your idea to a fund.
Processors
Amazon Web Services (hosting, Cognito, SES email, artifact storage). PawaPay (Mobile Money collection). No resale of project files.
Your rights
Access, rectification, digest opt-out, consent withdrawal, erasure (GDPR erasure route in the app: projects, saved items, applications tied to the account). To exercise: signed-in account, legal / settings section, or the channel shown once the account exists.
Retention: the account while active; payment data for accounting; projects according to your use and the retention policy (inactivity reminders on the worker).
