By creating an account you accept these rules. This is not a funding contract.
The service
GIAN provides assistance tools (diagnostic, opportunity search, writing, organisation management). It does not guarantee that you will obtain funding, nor exhaustive web accuracy, nor eligibility for a call.
Accounts and plans
One email = one Cognito account. Explorer is limited. Builder and Organisation are paid; amounts are those of the server configuration, collected via PawaPay. An Organisation renewal with an org id updates that org; without an id, a new workspace is created — do not pay « for the wrong org ».
Your content
You retain title to your texts. You grant GIAN a technical licence to host and process them to deliver the service (including AI models). Do not upload data you have no right to process (beneficiary data without a legal basis / consent).
Prohibited use
Bypassing the paywall, mass-extracting Scout, impersonating an organisation, uploading unlawful content, trying to write custom:firebaseUid or any stolen identity. Accounts may be suspended.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIAN is not liable for funder decisions or losses from an application. The service is provided « as is ». Governing law and venue will be stated if a distinct legal entity is published; until then, these terms govern use of the software.
