By creating an account you accept these rules. This is not a funding contract.
The service
GIAN provides assistance tools (diagnostic, opportunity search, writing, organisation management). It does not guarantee that you will obtain funding, nor exhaustive web accuracy, nor eligibility for a call.
Accounts and plans
One account corresponds to one email address. Explorer is limited; Builder and Organisation are paid plans, collected via PawaPay. If you renew an Organisation subscription, use the renewal link tied to your existing organisation: this avoids accidentally creating a new workspace instead of extending yours.
Your content
You retain title to your texts. You grant GIAN a technical licence to host and process them to deliver the service (including AI models). Do not upload data you have no right to process (beneficiary data without a legal basis / consent).
Prohibited use
Bypassing the paywall, mass-extracting Scout, impersonating an organisation, uploading unlawful content, or falsifying your identity or someone else's. Accounts may be suspended.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIAN is not liable for funder decisions or losses from an application. The service is provided « as is ». These terms are entered into with the team currently operating GIAN, absent any separately registered legal entity; any change to that structure will be reflected here.
