NGOs and foundations: the beneficiary queue, not a second spreadsheet
Grants, reports, due dates, calls for projects: GIAN gives an organisation workspace with roles (admin, manager, mentor, viewer) and an optional financing module.
Beneficiaries and grants
You create a beneficiary (project + email), an amount in XAF if you fund them, a report schedule only if you set a due date. The GIAN invite is not sent by default: it is an explicit choice.
The analysis pipeline (cohort diagnostic) spends one monthly organisation credit — the same counter as a project refresh. No silent infinite analysis.
Calls for projects
The campaigns module lets you publish a call, deterministic eligibility rules, and a scoring aid. The final decision (shortlist, hold, rule out) is human. The GIAN Score rules nobody out for you.
Honest pricing
The quote depends on type (NGO / foundation) and seats. No « 2% of funds distributed » platform fee.
