The letter: one page that justifies THIS call
A generic « Dear Sir/Madam, our project changes the world » is spotted in three lines. A useful letter says why this funder, why now, why you.
Minimal structure
Who writes, for which vehicle (named call, not « your programmes »). The problem in figures or in the field. What you will do with THEIR money, not with « funds ». An amount and a duration. One sentence on follow-up. A real signature.
What GIAN Grant Writer does
It starts from the diagnostic and the selected opportunity. You choose language (FR/EN) and tone (formal / semi-formal). The draft can be reviewed, edited, saved in the browser, exported to PDF or Word.
It sends nothing. It does not invent partnerships. If the diagnostic is empty, the letter will be hollow — a mirror, not a magic ghostwriter.
What not to invent
MOUs that do not exist. Beneficiaries already « 10,000 households ». A licence you do not have. Funders compare files and call references. GIAN will not help you there: that is not its job.
